These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and judi33 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you click the "Register" button, access judi33.app, or use any services provided by judi33.

By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which forms part of this agreement.

To register and use the judi33 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the date of registration
• A citizen or legal resident in a permitted jurisdiction
• Never been banned or blocked from using the judi33 platform previously
• Registering in a personal capacity, not as an agent or representative of a third party
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

Identity Verification Process (KYC)

All new members are required to complete the identity verification process (Know Your Customer — KYC) before making their first withdrawal. Required documents include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and proof of current address. judi33 reserves the right to request additional documents if needed for compliance purposes.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your judi33 account. This includes keeping your username and password confidential at all times.

Account Security

• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection
• Log out of your account when using shared devices
• Contact judi33 support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account

Accurate Account Information

All information you provide during registration and throughout the KYC process must be accurate, complete, and up to date. judi33 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by members. Any changes to personal information must be updated through the account settings section or by contacting our support team.

Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

Minimum deposit is MYR 20 for all payment methods. There is no maximum daily deposit limit, however deposits exceeding MYR 50,000 in a single day may require additional verification. The minimum withdrawal limit is MYR 50, while the daily withdrawal limit depends on your VIP membership tier.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Bonus Abuse Policy

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, bonus hunting, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms — is strictly prohibited. judi33 reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts found to be involved in such activity.

All games available on the judi33 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by recognized independent auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is genuinely random and cannot be manipulated by any party — including judi33 itself.

General Game Rules

• Game results recorded by the judi33 server are final and binding
• Any winnings resulting from a technical error or system malfunction are void and will not be paid out
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
• Members who exploit game errors or technical glitches must report them to judi33 support — any winings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.

Game Result Dispute

If you are dissatisfied with a game outcome, you may submit a complaint within 72 hours of the incident. Complaints must be submitted via live chat or judi33 support email, including complete details such as the game ID and time of the incident. All complaints will be thoroughly investigated and the final decision is binding.

Judi33 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. Every member is required to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the platform and other users.

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, misappropriation, or any illegal activity related to the use of the platform
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account
• Attempting to breach, hack, or interfere with judi33's security systems
• Spreading misleading or defamatory information about judi33 on public platforms
• Uploading or distributing unlawful, obscene, or offensive content through the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, and judi33 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

The judi33 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly and securely at all times, judi33 does not guarantee that our services will always be free from interruptions, errors, or viruses.

Liability Limitations

• Judi33 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members
• Judi33 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure), including internet outages, natural disasters, or government actions
• Judi33's total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim

Judi33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice under certain circumstances.

Reasons for Account Termination

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Failed age verification or jurisdictional eligibility check
• Voluntary termination request by the member through the self-exclusion program

Balance Settlement Upon Termination

If an account is terminated for reasons other than a violation, valid cash balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member within 14 business days after the investigation is complete. If termination results from a violation, judi33 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and reject any claims.

Account Reinstatement Request

Members whose accounts were terminated due to technical reasons or misunderstanding may submit an appeal via judi33 support email within 30 days of the termination date. Each appeal will be reviewed and decision communicated within 7 business days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in judi33's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through the following procedures:

• Level 1 — Direct Complaint: Contact the judi33 support team to resolve issues directly. We are committed to addressing all complaints within 48 hours.
• Level 2 — Mediation: If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, both parties may agree to refer the dispute to a jointly appointed independent mediator.
• Level 3 — Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the agreed arbitration rules.

By using the judi33 platform, you agree that you will not initiate any class action lawsuit against judi33 and that all disputes will be resolved on an individual basis.
